The Dual-Core Query Manager module within Ipedo XIP federates and optimizes both SQL and XQuery queries, allowing the Ipedo server to quickly and efficiently retrieve information from disparate data sources, regardless of their topology.

Designed to work with existing systems, such as databases, content repositories and applications, the Ipedo Query Manager automatically federates and optimizes queries across multiple data sources, assuring fast and accurate access. This module leverages SQL and XQuery technology to organize and validate information, enrich the value of the information, and enable more detailed searches. In addition, customized content views can be created through an integrated style engine.

The Query Manager works closely with the XML Store to cache frequently used queries and results to ensure optimal performance.

Advanced, configurable memory management keeps most often used information in memory for quick, efficient access. Configurable, automated invalidation refreshes queries based on user-defined criteria.
