Alvin Lee Named General Manager of Asian Operations; Integrator Partner Program Expanded

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., June 20, 2007 – Ipedo, the performance leader in enterprise information integration software, today announced the appointment of Alvin Lee as general manager of its Asian operations. Based in Shanghai, China, Mr. Lee will oversee Ipedo's continued growth in Asia with additional emphasis on sales operations and channel partnerships.

Mr. Lee is a seasoned sales and operations executive with a proven track record of successful enterprise and government sales in Asia. Prior to Ipedo, Mr. Lee was the CEO of Infomatrix, a leading information security vendor. He was previously Asia Pacific Sales Director for Delphax Technologies (NASDAQ: DLPX). Mr. Lee also held positions at Wang Computer and Leigh Mardon ABnote in the Greater China region.

"Asia Pacific, and especially China, is one of the most important and fastest growing markets for integration technology," said Nick Zhang, CEO of Ipedo. "We are seeing growing investment in the area of information integration and on-demand delivery in the market. Alvin has the experience and expertise to help us increase our footprint in this market."

Key to Ipedo's growth in the region will be effective partnerships with system integrators. Ipedo's system integrator channel program will continue its expansion in the finance, banking, government, telecommunications and utility markets. Ipedo currently has over 20 system integrator partners in Asia, most recently adding Shanghai Hygrand Electronic Equipment Co. Ltd., Shanghai Jiulong Information Technologies Co. Ltd., and Anhui Huayu Mobile Information Technologies Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Lande-Newsease InfoTech Co. Ltd., Nanjing Easy-Going Technologies Co. Ltd., and Wuxi Runye Systech Co. Ltd.

According to predictions by analyst firm IDC, the IT market in Asia Pacific excluding Japan (APEJ) will reach $132 billion in 2007, a 10% rate of growth over 2006. China remains the largest IT market consisting of 32% of the region's IT spending. Key markets for EII remain strong in Asia, with BI growing fast and more companies moving to SOA. According to IDC, nearly two-thirds of midsize and large corporate firms in APEJ will commit to early stage service oriented architecture (SOA) adoption in 2007, with initial projects concluding in 2008.
